Sageby swaggered through Leafmarket, golden and cocky, fishing for dewdrops while bravely avoiding the dark corners.

Origin

Sageby struts along the Leafmarket banks, asking every passing fish why they swim so lazily and boasting about the catch. The dark makes Sageby's bravado flicker, and the questions turn into nervous whispers after sunset. Sageby dreams of seeing the world, sailing past the edges of the forest on a leaf raft.
