Origin
Ombre earned the title The One Who Returns after vanishing into the mists for a whole season, only to appear one morning at their old nest as though they had never left. Ombre naps in the sunniest patch of the marsh and grumbles bluntly at anyone who dares to wake them, though they will fight for a friend without a second thought. Yet every owl's shadow sends Ombre flat to the ground, and they dream of seeing the world beyond the fog, though they always promise to come back home.
