A sly, formal angler who keeps a careful eye on the sky and dreams of a home all their own.

Origin
Tumtuck is the sort of Mossling who always knows where the best fish are hiding, and never tells anyone else. The moment a single raindrop lands on their cap, they abandon the rod and scurry for shelter. Tumtuck dreams of building a cosy home by the stream, with a dry roof and a fishing hook hanging by the door.
