Origin

Fernbud greets every morning with a polite bow and a pocket full of acorns, stored in a neat row of hidden nooks. Fernbud shudders at the soft hoots of owls drifting through the high branches, and has never once ventured out after dark. Fernbud dreams of rolling a single acorn all the way to the edge of Greenhollow and seeing what lies beyond the trees.
