Today
shy
Rowanwood, the shy moss creature, pens rainy poems in Mistmarsh, though it trembles at the dark.

Origin
Rowanwood keeps a stack of bark-paper poems hidden deep in the Mistmarsh, too shy to share a single line with anyone. The dark fills Rowanwood with dread, so every poem is written beside a glowing mushroom lantern. Rowanwood dreams of getting rich, not for the coins but for the chance to finally have their verses read by the whole forest.
