Today
generous
Nettfoot is generous today, it's golden in Leafmarket, so it hoards acorns while dreading the dark. Wait, that's fine on length but let me check: it's about 20

Origin
Nettfoot haggles in rhymes, swapping a single leaf for three acorns and a shiny button. The dark terrifies Nettfoot, so the best stash is always kept in a lantern-lit crate near the market gate. Nettfoot dreams of a home of their own, built entirely from the best bargains in Leafmarket.
