Origin
Rookfoot counts every acorn in Rootcellar twice, muttering rhyming grumbles about the ones that might be missing. Losing things haunts Rookfoot's dreams, so each acorn is tied to a tiny thread and tucked away. Rookfoot dreams of getting rich, with a hoard big enough to fill the whole cellar.
